bcgame Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the bcgame website accessible at https://bcgame.cam, including all sub-pages, game interfaces, betting interfaces, account management tools, and any associated mobile-optimised versions.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, through which the Player accesses games, places bets, and manages their BDT balance.
• "Balance" means the total Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) amount held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus funds where separately designated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, free spin equivalents, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked in eligible games before the resulting balance (or a portion thereof) becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process through which bcgame confirms a Player's identity, age, and the ownership of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action or series of actions by a Player that violates the fair play obligations set out in Section 7 of these Terms.

Access to and use of the bcgame Platform is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game on the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
• You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Your use of the Platform is for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial or professional gambling activity on behalf of a third party.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited into your Account.
• You accept that bcgame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with reasonable notice provided where feasible, and that continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be construed in conjunction with the bcgame Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific Bonus Terms applicable to individual promotions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific Bonus Terms document, the specific document shall prevail in relation to the bonus concerned.

To access the full range of bcgame services, including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay, a Player must register a valid Account. The following conditions govern the registration process and ongoing Account use:

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. bcgame reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and confiscate any balances associated with multi-accounting activity.

Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the point of registration and must update their Account details promptly should any information change. bcgame is not liable for losses arising from the provision of incorrect contact details, including failure to receive important account notifications, security alerts, or withdrawal confirmations.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bcgame will not be liable for any losses resulting from a Player sharing their credentials with a third party or failing to log out of a shared device. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to [email protected] immediately.

bcgame reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by Bangladesh authorities. Accounts where KYC cannot be completed may have withdrawals suspended until verification is satisfactorily concluded.

It is the responsibility of every adult in a household to ensure that minors do not gain access to the Platform, including by securing devices on which bcgame is accessed and by enabling any parental control software available on those devices. bcgame supports efforts to prevent underage gambling and will cooperate fully with any regulatory or law enforcement enquiry relating to underage access.

Any Player who has reason to believe that a minor has accessed their Account or used their credentials to gamble on bcgame must notify the support team at [email protected] without delay. bcgame will investigate such reports and take appropriate action, which may include account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

bcgame accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change and may vary by region within Bangladesh. The Platform does not charge a deposit fee, though your mobile financial service provider (MFS) may apply their own transaction charges.

The minimum deposit is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of initiating the transaction. bcgame reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

Withdrawal requests submitted during bcgame operational hours (24 hours, Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) are typically processed within 3 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 24 hours for bank transfer methods. Processing times are not guaranteed and may be extended in the following circumstances: KYC verification is pending; the withdrawal request triggers a fraud or anti-money-laundering alert; the withdrawal amount exceeds standard thresholds and requires enhanced review; or the relevant payment network is experiencing technical difficulties.

Players may only use payment methods that are registered in their own name. bcgame does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, corporate accounts, or anonymous prepaid instruments. Any withdrawal will be made exclusively to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or to a pre-verified alternative method where the Player can demonstrate ownership. This policy exists to protect Players and to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

All transactions on bcgame are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bcgame does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies or cryptocurrencies. Any transaction initiated in a currency other than BDT will be declined at the payment gateway stage.

bcgame offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins equivalents, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to Players who have completed the registration process and, where applicable, made a qualifying deposit of the specified minimum amount.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a promotional offer only once unless the specific terms explicitly permit repeat claims. Claiming the same offer multiple times through duplicate Accounts constitutes Prohibited Conduct.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion. Until the wagering requirement is satisfied, Bonus Funds are not available for withdrawal. Only after the full wagering requirement has been met may the resulting balance be requested as a withdrawal.
• Whilst a bonus is active, maximum bet restrictions apply. Placing bets exceeding the maximum permitted stake on any game while using Bonus Funds may result in the bonus being voided and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Bonus offers have defined expiry periods. Bonus Funds and any associated wagering progress that have not been utilised within the expiry window will be removed from the Account automatically.
• bcgame reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion has already been claimed, bcgame will honour the terms under which it was claimed unless evidence of abuse is identified.
• Promotions are intended for recreational Players. bcgame reserves the right to decline to offer a bonus or to adjust the bonus terms for any Player at its sole discretion, including where betting patterns suggest low-risk exploitation of the offer.

The integrity of bcgame's platform depends on all Players participating in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

The use of bots, automated betting scripts, game exploitation software, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the RNG or live dealer systems is prohibited. bcgame employs real-time detection systems that monitor for non-human interaction patterns. Accounts identified as using such tools will be closed without prior warning.

In live dealer and multiplayer games, collusion — meaning the coordination of strategy between two or more Players acting in concert to disadvantage the house or other Players — is prohibited. This includes communicating hand information in live card games, chip dumping in poker variants, and any other form of coordinated play that distorts the natural game outcome.

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with a payment provider (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, or Mastercard) in respect of a completed and confirmed deposit is considered fraudulent conduct. bcgame will contest all fraudulent chargebacks, pursue recovery of disputed funds through all available legal channels, and permanently close the Account of any Player found to have initiated a bad-faith chargeback.

bcgame maintains a zero-tolerance policy with respect to money laundering. The Platform must not be used to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from criminal activity. bcgame reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant financial intelligence authorities and to freeze Accounts pending investigation without prior notice to the Account holder.

bcgame is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of Player-controlled tools designed to support healthy gambling habits and to assist Players who may be at risk of developing problem gambling behaviours:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automated session time reminders that display a notification after a defined period of continuous play, prompting a review of their session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be accessed for gambling purposes.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently stop gambling on bcgame may apply for indefinite self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours of a confirmed request and is not reversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

All intellectual property rights in the bcgame Platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, text content, and audio-visual materials — are owned by or licensed to bcgame. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of bcgame.

Game content supplied by third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is licensed to bcgame for the purpose of offering those games on the Platform. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to any commercial use.

bcgame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between bcgame and the Player. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy covers the categories of data collected, the purposes for which it is used, the third parties with whom it may be shared, the Player's data rights, and the security measures employed to protect personal information.

bcgame does not sell Player personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket) is limited to that strictly necessary to process the relevant transaction and is governed by the terms of bcgame's agreements with those processors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bcgame's total liability to a Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bcgame shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from use of the Platform, whether or not such loss was foreseeable.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside bcgame's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, mobile network congestion, natural disasters, and acts of government or regulatory authority.
• Errors in game outcomes attributable to RNG malfunction, where the game provider's certified audit trail confirms the malfunction and bcgame acts promptly to void the affected rounds and return the staked amounts.
• Unauthorised Account access resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials, as described in Section 3.3.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bcgame's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

bcgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, bcgame will use reasonable endeavours to notify active Players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform after the revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the change. Requests to close an Account may be submitted to [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Player's use of the Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bcgame operates as a safe and reliable platform that takes its contractual obligations to Players seriously.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first attempt informal resolution by contacting the bcgame support team at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute. bcgame's support team will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter through the formal complaints process described in Section 14.
